       This week was our first week back from winter break. We got a student teacher on Tuesday her name is Ms. Smith.She is from Simpson College.  She learned our names within a day.  Mrs.Tobey learned our names in two days.  Ms. Smith will be with our class for 8 weeks. She is very nice.

     In P:E we played knock out/ basketball. In reading we read the story ''Special Effects in film and t.v.''It talked about how to make landscapes.

      Here are some reminders. S.S. test and current events on Thursday.
                                              We are going to the science center on Tuesday.
                                              Starlab on Monday and Thursday
